Apple CEO Tim Cook justify the price tag of new iPhones Cook said “The new iPhones are very advanced and can replace every other gadget the customers need like iPhone has replaced your digital camera with its advanced camera and now you don’t have to carry a separate camera anymore. It also replaced your video camera, music player at the same time.”
Apple’s latest iPhones are the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and the iPhone XR. The most expensive model of these costs as much as $1,449 (approximately Rs 1, 05,000) while the other more affordable iPhone XR starts from $749 (approx Rs 54,000).
Cook defends the price tag further by explaining the availability of the phones by saying that most people opt for deals with their Service providers/carrier or even retailers.
For an iPhone priced over $1,000, most people might pay around $30 per month which is around $1 per day.
